    FAO cmcanavan :-first thing don't stop your dd this is never a good ide only a last resort as it results in action being taken for no mop in place. i'd like to help but you will need something more then that it's not financially viable for you to have it anymore to get out

    Can i just say yellow cake that your attitude is not very nice. i must insist that you do not come accross with this attitude when speaking to agents on the phone. this is not an order more a suggestion i can tell you now as soon as someone comes on the phone with any form of attitude an agents barriers instantly go up and they will reflect back ...

    omg thank god someone else is suffering from tiscali and theri mac issue unfortunately some of pipex homecalls cus are backed by tiscali and are having frightful problems trying to get a mac ......it's not the agents or pipex homecall they are not to blame other then for their ill educated decision to use tiscali as on of their backers

    this issue you speak of is it with pipex or pipex homecall? I think it is possible that the bigwigs at pipex have probably come accross this thread as they do use this site as one of many to check their prices against other companies.

    sorry to hear about your experience have you spken to their technical department without knowing your telephone number it is difficult to test your line and say what r8 you can get once the stable r8 is achieved. persevere if they can't fix it you are allowed to canx without fees. AS FOR THE COLLING OF PERIOD IT IS 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU PLACE ...

    that number is actually for reception at the manchester office it is not for technical support i would be wary aswell coz a-calls to that number are not always recorded therefore you have no protection and b- i believe that number is going to be withdrawn once pipex and homecall are fully combined
