Got my contract with this company, when I was setting up they asked me for the name of a sibling which I thought was odd but didn't think too much of it. The account has been set up with the wrong name (the name of my sibling), wrong date of birth, and wrong address. Result is I still pay the bills but I can't change any details on the account ...
