    Talktalk are the pits. They have finally connected my broadband nearly two months after moving in, this after first saying it would be 'instantaneous'. If it's useful I can post the four page letter I sent them. I was told that the complaint address is: Higher Level Complaints Carphone Warehouse PLC 1 Portal Way London W3 6RS

    Hi Trish, I am experiencing exactly the same problem as you. 4 months ago I moved from BT to TalkTalk. This monday I contacted them to explain that I was moving  I was utterly astonished to be told by TalkTalk that I needed to phone BT and take up a contract with them to be able to continue receiving the TalkTalk service.
