After looking round, i have found a few options on self certificaiton mortgages from Leeds BS and Bradford & Bingley. I will give them a call today and see what they have to say. Are there any pros/cons of deciding between naming in laws on mortgage or going for self certification mortgage? Thanks

Ha, yes, quite right, fiancee! She has been working since December in similar roles through agencies. So what would be the approach for looking at self certifying mortages? I imagine my future parents in law may be willing to add names to mortgage, what are the requirements the lender would want from them? Thanks for swift reply
