I have written a letter of complaint to Talk Talk highlighting the part on their brochure which says moving home is easy, just leave it to them!, I have never received a response.     Thanks for that. I phoned Ofcom yesterday who said it was Talk Talk's responsibility. This followed a call to high level complaints at Talk Talk who yet again said I had to go to BTand take out a contract with them and then buy myself out of it or stay with BT for 3 months then go back to Talk Talk or pay them a £70 cancellation fee.
