  • Re: Women drive a good deal on insurance

I think those women who don't claim for 5 years should get 1 years free insurance. What our quotes would have been can be passed onto male drivers, making them pay even more!!! We drive safely so deserve some rewards, not just the satisfaction of getting the cheapest insurance!

It has also been revealed that on average, it takes men into their 50's before they can begin to start matching womens premiums! For any of you lads at 17, you have a long long wait, and a hell of a lot of money to fork out! Meanwhile girls, whilst he's putting in the extra hours, why don't you go and buy something just for you!!!

I do feel sorry for innocent male drivers who get hammered by expensive car insurance due to a reputation given to their gender by a few mindless idiots. However, i won't pretend i'm not pleased by it, becuase if men pay more than women pay less, and i'm a woman, so i should really be delighted.

My sister is a 33 year old driver, who has never made any type of claim. Her insurance is slightly cheaper than mine! It is 210 pounds. Her boyfriend usually paid around 560 pounds for his insurance, until recently when he wrote his car off in an accident that was entirely his fault.
