Fair enough. It may be down to BTs exchange, but c'mon. You pay for a service and that is what you want.
Talktalks inability to move a customer smoothly is in my opinion poor service and extra unwanted hassle ...

welovetalktalk:talk talk is a lovely company to work for though.
I would probably be lovely to work for too, if I took peoples money and didn't put some of that money back into providing a high standard of service.

I'm also having cavity wall insulation fitted next week so hopefully that ...

After a long list of problems with talktalk, now this!
I went to log on one evening last week and was not able to connect. A message was displayed saying invalid username or password. I was prompted by assist & go to phone the password retrieval line. The ...

I agree, then there would be little dispute over fault in an accident or with a traffic offence. Not a problem for the careful considerate driver, just like ID cards wouldn't be a problem for the honest, hardworking citizen.

I'll have to agree with krypto on this one. I wouldn't leave home without legal protection. Yes you could get a private solicitor to deal with it on a no win no fee basis, but would you want the hassle of finding one you could trust after being injured in an accident - I wouldn't. Speaking from experience (when a complete muppet ran a red light ...
