I think Her majesty The Queen must get pretty bored with having to spell out this rubbish year after year.
There will be a General Election half way through next year. Hopefully HM will have something more meaningful to read out, than the last will and testament of a (non-elected) prime minister well past his use-by-date.

As far as solicitors fees go, it doesn't seem outrageous - and since you don't want to do these searches yourself, then you have to take a view. This company says a typical search of this type should cost between £80 and £140. The chancel fee being a further £120.

read what huckster wrote. It may be that the debt is unenforceable (through the Courts) because the CCA cannot be produced, or is somehow legally faulty.
The facts, however, are that you did borrow this money, and you are still liable for the debt.
So, you may be able to avoid being forced by the courts to pay this money back, but the ...

I don't play games, so I cannot tell you if there are any compatibility issues with Win7. However as an ex vista-business user, now running Win7 professional, I can tell you that ease of use has improved, and laptop speed has increased.
Perhaps you might try posting your question into google, to get more specific forum answers.

unless you are involved with extremely complex algorithms and very high rate 'number crunching' there is no point, as a normal user, to change to 64bit. You will not see any noticeable difference.
