    Big Jasey is correct,banks dont carry out credit checks for basic bank accounts.You just need proof of ID Natwest &amp; Nationwide provide half desent basic accounts

    DCA just short for debt collection agency CCA is consumer credit agreement. If you send them a letter along the lines of the one i posted and send to Debt collectors and see if they respond. Hope that helps

    First of all check that the DCA has all the paperwork to say they are allowed to collect the debt. Send a CCA letter along these lines..     Dont send them a penny. after 6 years from last payment debt becomes statute barred which means it cant be enforced.If Lowells continue to pester you for this debt they are in breach of there licence.
