Hi I have a mortgage with Abbey - not in arrears paid on time (19 yrs left to run, shaky history,about 77K left), a second charge with future for about 60K(in arrears at present) and 3rd charge with Welcome for approx 14K. My question is does anyone know of a reputable mortgage co who will let me remortgage. Property worth 175K. Thanks Louis
