    Think you have no or very little chance trying to get a moretgage for more than the house is worth in this current finacial climate. First time buyers are still struggling to get a 90% mortgage with a 10% deposit. Sorry i could not of been more help Ian

    Have you though about asking scottish power about if they have help for people on income support?? Im with Southern Electric. Southern Electric is owned by Scottish and Southern Energy which manages the largest distribution network in the UK. I am on benifits and they brought my electric prices down from 15.07p per unit to 8.30p per unit. Cause ...

    Hi well like you stated you have a few options. Rent the property out until the credit crunch is over or sell it in a auction room or with national homebuyers for less than you are expecting. Other than that its going to see the bank and letting them know your situation if you have enough equity in your house. Hope this helps

    It sounds like you are on the end of a BT exchange so orange will be able to provide you with just what your getting now really im currently on orange free broadband with me mobile and i have never had no problems. So from a money saving point of view you will be saving! I am getting my full 8meg speed too!

    Yep i have the same problem. welcome to o2. Before that i was on Orange and sent&nbsp;loads of picture messages. I found this strange as i never had a picture message phone. Hence why i went to o2

    It really also depends where you are going skiing! Anywhere other than the uk is cheaper for private dental treatment. and to top it all of most dentists are trained in London.

    When creditors are looking at loaning you money Nata they only look at you credit limits and how much money you spent! see so it might help your application as you have larger limits than alot of people. So when you do apply for a new account you will be seen as a lower credit risk Thanks Ian

    Hi matey if i was in your situation i would get a big loan over the shortest period possible you can afford to pay back and just live on a budget for that time! &nbsp;Least then when u can see some results after a time u will be able to rest better!
