Both Barclaycard and Capital One issue their cards themselves so you will be fine to transfer your balance to the Virgin Credit Card issued by MBNA.

It all depends on the individual terms and conditions of your credit card accounts. However, in general terms if you leave the balance on credit card 2, you will pay interest on the current balance of £1300 at the prevailing interest rate on your account from the end of your promotional period.
