Amazingly my friend got a letter from phones 2 u direct last week that they cant pay him his cash back as he has not send all his documents . i dont understand if this company has gone into administration why are they writing letters like this.

Vodafone people as a "good will gesture " is offering half price line rental at £17.50 a month for the rest of the contract.apparantly phones2udirect has gone into ADMINISTRATION but they are still selling phone on this cash back scheme!!!! dont know if i can still get my money back or not?

thank you for the reply..i have tried calling vodafone but they told me that they cant do anything about it. they are dealing with phonebox company but not phones2u direct.so that leaves me where i am!!!

I am in a similar situation, please let me know if you get your money back .i too have tried calling them ,emailing them but nothing seems to work!!
