Hi, our Ifa put our application for the 5.49% fixed on the last day (monday) We had our valuation done last thu 24th and received a letter from sols on sat. Still waiting on our offer letter so hopefully will receive that soon. Just thought Ian I'd let you know.

i'm beginning to become a bit of a nuisance asking questions all the time but does anyone know, apart from the Woolwich who offer a tracker mortgage with no arrangement fee or tie in? I am thinking of going onto a tracker rate when my current fixed rate ends 1st march until fixed rates (hopefully) come down. Thanks again for any help
