Yes, my Tiscali email address was deactivated once my O2 broadband was online. The transfer process took less than 2 weeks after I got the MAC code from Tiascali. I'm not sure what will happen to your BT mail though. I'm using O2 mail now and you get 100 free texts online as well, which is quite handy. Good luck! WS
