Here's another sneaky BT way of extracting money from unsuspecting customers.
Yesterday I purchased a £5 BT callin card and was told that it has 220 minutes worth of talk time to my intended destination. I used the card this morning to be told by the voice that there was a total of 19 minutes on the card!

Wowww...now I know.
So this is what BT customer service personnel do. They sit and write good reviews of themselves here and elsewhere instead of answering those telephone calls from unsatisfied customers!
