I am not a higher rate tax payer. My wages are small. But, the same account also receives dividend payments from my ltd company. So, it probably looks as if I am actually earning over the HRT limit to the bank.

You should be able to change your price plan to something more suitable. Phone up your custmoer services and tell them you want to change you price plan.
You cannot change from Orange to another provider yet. You'll have to see out your 12/18 month contract.

None of the packages you have listed are truely unlimited. they all have a Fair Use Policy that limits your use.
Have you considered Vodafone?. I've not heard anything bad about them yet (they have a fair use policy as well)

If yes, and the roof was ''accidentally'' damaged you would be covered.

If so, you need to cancel it first and then get them to recalculate the settlement figure.
I had the same thing with Barclays, they sorted everything out (it was the payment protection insurance) after I questioned the settlement figure.
