Hi all, I was refunded some money from eBookers and plan to put in a claim for the remainder. Need to get the GP to fill out a section of the claim form and hopefully I will be able to recoup the total cost. Will post an update when I have further information Thanks

Hi Gary, No replies unfortunately. Plan to call the insurance company about 3 months before the trip. Maybe able to get Taxes and Fees back from Ebookers but not the actual flight cost. If thats the case will try and get back just the flight costs and car rental from the insurance company. May help to get a doctors note nearer the time to prove ...

  • Re: Click Mobile UK Ltd has gone bankrupt

Vish, I would write to the CEO and marketng manager. (addresses in thread above) Go straight to the top. I believe my contract started in about April 2007. I don't buy the "system won't accept a tariff' line, that's an out and out lie.. If you get to speak to someone again I would tell them that you know people who have had ...

Vish28,I think its best you express your dis-satisfaction in your own words, but I’m more than happy to give some steering points that may help: 1. Be courteous in your letter, I wouldn’t make any demands. Remember I don’t think they have any legal obligation here. Use statements like ‘kindly request’ and ‘I ...

I agree with Nixxy. Contractually 3 aren't obliged to do anything. However, as a sign of good will in this situation I think that by giving some concession to customers who have been victims of the Click Mobile scam, this in my opinion is the fair thing for them to do. We're just trying to get a fair resolution and I'm sure everyone ...

  • Re: Click Mobile UK Ltd has gone bankrupt

Hi all, Just to let you know I had a response from 3 and they have reduced my monthly rate from £35 to £15 per month for each of the 2 phones effective after the next monthly bill. I didn't realisticly expect them to cancel the contract so I specifically asked for a reduced rate. I'm more than happy with this outcome and think ...

Hi all, Was anyone able to make the meeting at ClickMobile on Sun? Anything to report? I'd spoken to 3 about a reduction in the rate but they basically said no. I've now written to 3 customer service manager and cc'ed their CEO and Marketing Director formally asking for a reduction in the rate due to the circumstances around ...
