Sadly this happens. I passed my driving test when I was 23. Insurance for the first year was £1800, 2nd year £900 and this year it was £450. It drops quite quick although the big drop was likely because I hit 25 rather than how long I have been driving.

Try this. Click Start Run Type cmd and press enter. A Black Window will appear. Type ping google.com and press enter. If it says unreachable or timed out then its likely your connection is down and you should ring your supplier and report it. If you get responses then it might be a problem with Internet Explorer.

Is it a new internet connection? You might have not put the login details for your internet service provider into the wireless routers control panel.

Does it mention it in their TOS? Surely if you tell them that you use it a lot for legit purposes and if you cant have the max speed the connection is useless. You should be able to cancel the contract then as you are not getting the service you need.
