Hi i got a friend who works for that *** company they do that all the time saying the phone is damaged.
what they tend to do is take the phone in the back office mark it themselves and send you back by sayin the manager isnt here and only he can authorise returns..... obviously we all no what happens when the manager sees the phone the next ...
