  • Making a motor claim when not at fault

If I have an motor accident and it is not my fault, i.e. the other person admits responsibility, then who do I make a claim with? Is it with their insurer or mine? If it is with mine then this hardly seems fair as I would loose my no-claims If it is with theirs, would you just call up said insurer?
