My on-line account - now shows me owing £2.08 (pay by 08/05/13) in RED
Considering that I pay monthly by DD - What are TT playing at now ?
I have made contact with BT who are investigating the lack of fast broadband - so I may change ISP's
I used BT infinitys live chat facility to get to the bottom of this issue...
Evidentally - BT Fibre has not yet reached my house - if I lived 10 houses down the road (literally 150 yards) - I could get - up to 80Mb broadband - but at the moment - I am still able to get a maximum of 4Mb !!

When the previous email was sent - offering me a service at £13.95 - what was really meant was £19.95 + vat....
plus Kirsty thought that the blue flag (showing the search location) on http://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/where-and-when/ was an exchange !!
