I already have E10 in place, as do all the houses in my area. I've been with PowerGen for a number of years and managed to get on an internet tariff and had been for 2 years with no issues. I contacted them about something else to then be advised I shouldn't be on that tariff because the billing system they have in place ...

Powergen have already suggested this, but I guess this gets them out of a sticky situation. I live on a newish estate and so we've all probably got the same meters in place. I'm reluctant to do anything at the moment until I've exhausted all the avenues in order to get a new supplier who will take the Economy 10 ...

Whats the MPAN ?
I'm guessing the distributor will be Central Networks which is part of EON, as PowerGen are also which makes me wonder...
Anyway, let me know what the MPAN is and I will supply

Is anyone having problems finding a company to support Economy 10/Heatwise ?
Powergen have just pulled support, apparently because their billing system can't support it and it causes errors - although I've never had a problem. So they've moved me off a discounted tariff onto the standard one.
