Hi all, as you know I paid the 99 pounds and was also put intouch with Norwich and Peterborough and was totally turned down for the gold account.I have also been intouch with Less than Perfect and was told someone would telephone me back within the hour, and I am still waiting for their telephone call three days later.

Thank you for your advice,I have recently open a nat west step account and thought that this would be better than I had. I should have known it was to good to be true.

So this is a scam and I have now paid them a hundred pounds which I dont suppose will get back
