    Haha. Yeah I guess your right. Never had problems with them... until I asked them to do something. *laughs* Although looking through these forums I don&#39;t see to many topics on Bank Of Scotland.... or am I wrong? Many people have difficulties with them?

    Well if I headed down that road there isn&#39;t much they could do surely? I am offering to pay it back... Just thought it might be at a high number. like &pound;200 and was panicing before of course I have everything else to pay for.     I have no problems paying back the money. But surely&nbsp;I can dictate the terms? Eg monthly basis according to how much I have.... They can&#39;t just make an error and not notice for 6 weeks then expect me to pay that back in one go?

    That&#39;s correct. When the money went in I just figured a family member had transfered them early. I didn&#39;t know the exact amount that was going in. So basically - bank transfered money into account by mistake - I spent.... now they&#39;re asking for it back.
