I think they are great! But when you need to phone them IT COSTS! The 090 number for technical is £1 a minute. And so I have found an 0845 number which is much cheaper. and you can phone them on an 0800 number insted of a costly 0845 number (if your on virgin) They wouldn't have an 0800 number if it wasn't supposed to be there.
