Yes, it is beyond the wit of the cheque writer to be competent. The cheque writer is a Mrs Joanne Slater, the directors wife surprisingly. I think you ask Royal Mail why they could not deliver. Your claims are sent to a P.O Box at their Nottingham Sorting Office. You should call the manager at this office and ask them to explain & also ask if anybody from this scam company are still collecting their mail.
