with tech support issues, sky do have a freephone number for their tech support department, so when phoning them just ask them for the number, also if you do have issue and feel that your not getting anywhere with sky then just contact otelo and they are the best people to help

the quickest way to get a router is to phone the broadband order status department and inform them of the issue with not getting a router and they will order you a new router asap.
