    I was with TalkTalk and moved home. As I wished to contuinue my TalkTalk phone/broadband services at my new address, I telephoned TT. They stated that it was BT&#39;s responsibility. BT stated it was TT&#39;s ! Finally, I was told by TalkTalk that I had to have the active line at my new address registered in my name with BT, and contact them again ...

After waiting on&nbsp; a queue for at least 20mins, an advisor suggested that I called the number again with another set of options - doing this, I was again in a queue. &nbsp;Finnaly an advisor talked me through my moden settings - which were correct. Tried connecting via USB modem settings - no success Tried ...

    Thursday 9th May - Still&nbsp; no Broadband, so telephoned them this morning via all of the contact telephone numbers, until I got a response that could tell me exactly what the date was to be - only to be told around 19th May for the activation date !
