Which gas and electric suppliers give you the best value for money without being rubbish at the same time?

GPRS is also often known as 2.5G, though I've rarely gotten performance close to a 'true' 56Kbps connection out of it, the response times (latency) are way too slow for that. Felt more like a 28/30Kbps link.

My ISP got converted to Tiscali's wonderful network earlier this year, since then it's been terrible and support is pretty much useless. If you're looking for a cheaper ISP then Sky seems to go down well on the IS preview forums, though they're not perfect but are still one of the cheapest for what you get. However you do need SkyTV as well to really benefit. I wouldn't go with Virgin, Eclipse, Orange or Tiscali though.. lots of problems with those guys. Provided ...
