Here is my advice, an I work for currys, wait till your laptop comes back, read the letter, then go into your nearest store and ask them to help, it maybe that the tech guys got it wrong or that your policy doesn't cover accidental damage either way the can find out. Hi I was just reading your post and if you still haven't got your tv my advice as a currys employee would be to pop into your nearest store, explain you problem and see what they can do as they should be able to either ring for you and get a straight answer or get some more vouchers sent out.
