there is not one single heating cover scheme i would recommend. this is for the following reasons:
1) They charge you through the nose if you have to get your boiler replaced. Sometimes up to twice as much as it would cost to have this done by a private heating engineer.

That's a weird issue! There's an option during XP install to load any external drivers. Does your wife's laptop have a floppy drive? (Rare these days i know). If so, you should be able to get the drivers from the Acer site. Then you can load the drivers during install and it should solve the problem.

Have you tried your own Bank? As long as you have had a good relationship with them down the line (i.e. very few or no returned payments, DDs etc) then they should be much more agreeable to lending you credit as opposed to a loan company that doesn't know you from adam.
