I live in a link detached cottage there is one main cable from the pole to my house and one cable runing from a diferent pole to next door the meter still runs on when poer to fuse box is switched off isolating all apliances and lighths ect

ny electric meter still seems to record when all power is off u can hear and see the disc turning is the normal ? does anyone know i have electric through e-on
