Doesn't matter if the car is in your name and you are an ex, he could have removed this from your home that you share... it is technically your possession and legally you have not given him permission to continue using the vehicle. Someone I know had this very same thing happen the police took possession and gave it to the finance company.

I guess this will leave you without a car... otherwise refinance the balance... will give you 1 months grace...
Cheers

you can buy 3 different levels of insurance.. bronze silver and gold cover, 1 sickness, redundancy and life... you want to make sure which level you were covered by.... if the dealer deglected to set up the agreement they are liable.

Main thing is to make sure you give the last 3 years residence and that you were found on the electoral role... this is one of the major searches they do... after this they may look further into your credit history.... however with a 4k deposit on ...

I assume you have done a 1/2s and 1/3s return... you are obligated to keep the car in resonable condition for the age... .. you can ask for a full report.... I would suggest that if you bought the car with some defects ask the dealer if they have the original appraisal of the car when you bought it detailing any damage.
Otherwise they do have a ...
