they reduced the price by 30k so still have the same % but now my mortgage, rent and service charge has gone down which is a bonus. And now the purchase price is lower than what most similar properties have been selling for in that area!

It will now go to an underwriter who will asses outgoings, wage slips, bank statements etc. to make sure that they are sufficient. hi just to add to this, i would reccomend no insist that you take independent solicitors no matter how low GW go. there is a reason why they are now price matching. pay the extra if needed as this could be very valuable when it comes to looking over the contract etc.
