yes, it was a limited company, but they are saying that as i am the account contact i am liable. its not a bankrupt company its been dissolved....

hi, i signed a contract on behalf of a company that has now gone bust; 2 handsets - i am now told that as i am the key contact on the account i am liable for the outstanding balance and the rest of the contract. can they do this as the contract was in the company name, not mine ? rgds nathan
