thats a good offer, my original offer was £10k on a £95k mortgage. i read on here about people getting there offers upped so i phoned them up and got another £4k straight off, thinking back i wish i had pushed them for a little bit more.

push for a bit more, i know it sounds greedy but they upped my offer from £10k to £14k. its worth it for the cost of a ten minute phone call

i would like to thank zeb for is help but i will not be using moneysupermarket,com in any form in the future due to there over zealous censorship policy. there are plenty more forums and price comparison sites out there. i thought moneysupermarket was there to help the consumer but obviously not!!

thanks again zeb, i managed to get a look before they were removed. i managed to find out i can reclaim some of the solicitor and litigation but how much i'm still unsure??. i don't want to go down the road of using a claim management firm as imo they are bigger sharks than the bankers
