I wonder if anyone can help. I have an amount of debt spread over 4 cards and I want to get a loan to consolidate them that I can pay lumps off as I get any extra money (overtime or bonus's)

I have approx £25,000 of debt spread over 5 loans/cards. I just want to pay them off as quick as I can. I wondered if anyone can tell me if there is a loan where I can spread the repayment over say 7-10 years and pay off lumps as I get more money from say any extra overtime, without getting penalized.
