Hi, when i tried the factory re-set it reverted the ringtone, widget, font back to the ones it had in the first place!! Thanks, I'm goning to contact Samsung.

There isn't a "remember me" box on the page when I look at my phone and I never tick them!! I have done a master re-set and even swapped sim cards but neither has worked!! :(

The mobile phone contract and insurance contract are different contracys and when you cancel the mbile phone one it doesn't automatically cancel the insurance....unfortunately it is your responsibility.

Hi, Does anyone know how I can clear my e-mail and password from Facebook on this phone??? I have tried clearing cache, deleting history etc but even when thats done and i go back to the Facebook homepage it's all still there!!!
