What type of meter (credit/key/token) and how is your flat heated (gas/storage heating)?
Have you been sending in meter reads, if so have you been including the digits after the decimal point?

Jalexa, you have been very selective in the quote....you would do well as a journalist! That said it is a pain trying to find out about some of the more exotic systems out there.

MrMPAN, thanks for the info, you sound pretty switched on. I work in the Hydro DNO and have constant problems explaining to folk about THTC and Eco10, to both householders and call centres. Many customers and sales staff are either poorly advised, or ignorant of the fact that these systems are not Eco7; nor are they supported by many suppliers.

The meter clock is set to GMT and dosent change when the clocks go back and forwards. The read on the display defaults to whichever rate is being recorded at the time, i.e. when it's 00:30 meter time the reading will show the low rate (R2) and will switch on the ...

Is heatwise not a system similar to Comfort Plus/THTC? If so it is not Eco10 and would explain the storage heaters.
