Hi I claimed my bank charges back through the financial ombudsman 2 year ago but at the moment due to a court case which is going through with the banks etc to see if the charges are legal or illegal you cannot do this anymore. If you have alot more charges. I would wait for the court case could be months, then go through the ombudsman.
