    I had this problem and contacted the supplier (EDF) who fitted a new meter to run alongside the ?faulty one. It was set for a month and then they read both and compared results. They were very fair and really seemd to want to sort out the problem. You could try Scottish power and see if they offer a similar solution.

    Hi Can anyone guide me to access numbers for phoning mobiles in Thailand and Laos that are dependable (and cheap!) i currnetly have lists of numbers for both countries which I frequently have to trawl through in order to get a connection.
