Thanks, I got the info about the 1st December from the BBC when they were talking about a possible early election a few months ago. They said that the main electoral roll update is on 1st December.   Let's hope my council is efficient!    

I agree, call them. I previously was in a similar situation with Barclaycard and they reduced my rate from 19.9% to 17.9% and then down to 14.9%. To put it into context this was over a three year period and because I had paid more than the minimum for a couple of years prior to this.   GOOD LUCK :-)
