I need your help people!
In the new year I will be able to make overpayments on my Northern Rock 'together' mortgage. Northern Rock said I can make overpayments on either the secured bit or unsecured. Which should I do? I'm thinking the unsecured bit to get it down! Unfortunately I took out a 125% mortgage and have about 28k left ...

I'm afraid Huckster is correct. Even if you could have the chance to appeal it I'm sure the magistrate would ask "Did you take the road conditions into account, or were you travelling too fast for the conditions anyway?"

I think the best thing you can do is come to an arrangement with the bank to start paying the ovedraft back over a period of time or look for a 0% credit card and pay off your overdraft with it!
