    Re: Work Insurance

Yes you will need to declare that you are using the car to travel to different places of work on a regular basis.

Give your Insurers a phone call and see how they want to register this. I have known for Insurers to kick up a fuss in the event of a claim, where they have not been advised of these type of situations.

    Work Insurance

    Hi,

I am unsure whether i need to insure my car for business use. As of April I will be based on site A but working for site B. I have been asked to work two days a week at site A and two days at site B. I am able to claim my expenses back due to the distance of travel to site B is 50 miles. I am currently insured for commuting to a single place of work. Am I covered or should this be business use?

    Thanks
