    The Chancellor announced a number of initiatives designed at encouraging individuals to become more energy efficient. Measures include a boiler scrappage scheme, and help to install renewable energy in homes. Will they make you more conscious about the energy you consume?


    Will today's energy measures make you more conscious about the energy you use?

    • YES – If I am eligible for financial assistance to help make my home more energy efficient I will definitely do more. (39.1%)
    • YES – I’m already looking at ways to make my home more energy efficient. (15.7%)
    • NO – I’m already very conscious about the amount of energy I use and have taken steps to cut down my usage. (25.9%)
    • NO – I’m not interested in making my home more energy efficient (4.1%)
    • NO – Even with financial assistance, I can’t afford to make my home more energy efficient (15.2%)
