no offense but have you ever tried to contact talktalk support LMAO youll know what i mean if you have, ....chocolate ashtrays come to mind

talk talk have switched you on to a higher contention rate line, they did the same thing with me. New customers go on to a low contention rate and thus higher speed line initially so your tricked into thinking you have a good service. After a period of time they will switch you on to a higher contention rate line with more users as it works out cheaper for them.

My advice is avoid talktalk i learnt the hard way!

Hi everyone im making a post that im having troubled with ,it started last week,

The problems are that im having trouble that my talktalk connection speed has gone down by 11-30kbs,it used to be about 400kb above but i cannot figure out why my speed has gone down and why is it like this, read this post please i need help :[
