It is unbelievable how annoyed we all feel with the financial institutions, they really don't seem to be helping us much!
Have you considered transferring your balance to an interest free card, or even better taking a loan which would be half the rate or less and cutting up the card. Unless you can pay up the balance each month, credit card interest is unbelievably high, and if possible you should seek a cheaper way to deal with any outstanding balance.

I have a credt card and have been advised that none of the recent rate cuts are going to effect the amount that im paying. Now the banks have raisen my apr from 13.9 up to 17.9 through this last year. I have been advised that Santander will not be altering the rates as its inline with their competitors...How is this suppose to help the ordinary working class who are strugglng just as much as the bank are, whos going to bail me out when i have no money left ?.... Also if we miss a payment it effects our credt rating how can this now be judged when technically we own the bank
