    Hi Allie

Based on your location you need something quick and unlimited.

My advice is to go with Eclipse Internet Evolution Option 2 and get a wireless router with the package. Their customer service is pretty good also.

    I hope this helps?

    Cheers

I've been on the top 3 ISPs (Virgin when they were NTL mind you) and I couldn't recomend any of those. Can't comment on the bottom 3 though.

    Hi, Allie Meg

I would avoid AOL at all costs because of the many complaints I have read on the internet and personal experience using their service in the past.  Customer service is poor and they make it very difficult to cancel the service should you ever want to cancel in which they use a bullying tactic to discourage you to leave.  I would recommend you go read the online reviews of ISP services at www.reviewcentre.co.uk and you would be able to get a better idea of what others recommend or what they advise to avoid.

Good luck in finding the idea ISP service for you and all the best.

    Which ISP is better?

I know it's kind of a subjective question, it depends on people's experiences. However I'm in the market for a new ISP and am finding it difficult to wade through all the options. As it is, because of where I live my options are rather limited anyway. My choices are:

    Virgin

    Tiscali

    AOL

    PlusNet

    Eclipse

    Namesco

Can anyone recommend any of these as being better than the others?

    Thanks in advance!
