I bought this sofa from Land of Leathers last year end of September. I availed of the Buy Now Pay Later Scheme together with the insurance of the sofa. But then I changed my mind of insuring the sofa and so I went to the local store and decided to cancel it. The manager there refuses to cancel it and even threatened me that if I would cancel my insurance then I have to pay the sofa in full that day thus forfeiting the scheme. I told them if that is the case then I would just pay them. I paid them. But then just now I was informed by Creation (the company which caters the scheme) that I am still unpaid of my account there. I told them I paid Land of Leathers the sofa and thus no liability to them. They told me that Land of Leathers did not cancel my account from them and I am still unpaid. I phoned Land of Leathers and they said they are going to look into this. I can't believe this!!!! Where can I possibly make a complaint?
